50 minute session in person or via phone (Individual) – $170

Blue Care Network
Medicare
Co-pay and/or full session payment, when deductible has not been met, is due at the time of the session.

Reduced Fee

This is determined on a case by case basis. Please call me about a reduced fee before your first session. 248-259-5642

Payment

Cash, Check, or other methods may be discussed prior to each session.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
